Michael Guglielmin

I am seeking the nomination to become the candidate for the federal Conservative Party of Canada in the riding of Vaughan-Woodbridge. After nearly 8 years of Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party of Canada, it is time to restore common sense and principled government to Canada. I cannot do this alone. I need your help.

In addition to his comprehensive education and work experience, Michael has a strong background in politics, having been the Riding President for the King-Vaughan Federal Conservative Association and Deputy Campaign Manager and communications director for MP Anna Roberts. He is also the former host of the podcast Conversations with Canadians.

Michael is passionate about politics and promoting policies that will help Canadians. Given his deep roots in Woodbridge, he understands the concerns of the citizens. He knows their dedication to hard work, yet many of them are struggling to pay for basic needs. Having had family in the hospital recently, he has seen the problems in healthcare and understands the concerns people have about our hospitals. He has heard people talk about the increase in crime, and has seen the reports and statistics confirming these accounts. The government needs to do better at controlling inflation so that people can afford to live and ensuring everyone has access to good quality healthcare. Individuals engaging in crime and violence must be held accountable so that citizens feel safe. He believes in freedom: freedom of speech, freedom from unscientific restrictions, freedom for parents to raise their children as they see fit, and freedom from indoctrination of radical ideology. He thinks governments should focus on facts and best policies, and not on politicizing every issue and on superficial talking points. With his academic background in political science and business, his significant work experience in manufacturing, and his deep roots in Woodbridge, he is eager and ready to take the next logical step and represent and fight for the people of Vaughan-Woodbridge in government.
